1、 (新型矿用回柱绞车设计) 1 摘 要 在国内,平均每年需求各种不同规格的调度绞车数万台,因此,改进质量,降低 成本对调度绞车的开发具有重要意义。在本次设计中,把行星传动原理知识运用到设 计中,其结构设计新颖紧凑,效率高,承载能力强。它具有简化整体结构降低成本, 节约能源,改善传动性能及维修方便等优点。对此回柱绞车添加一防逆零件。选用棘 轮机构由棘轮和棘爪组成的一种单向间歇运动机构。 绞车中棘轮机构常用以防止逆转。 棘轮机构工作时常伴有噪声和振动,因此它的工作频率不能过高。 在添加空心轴磁粉 离合器对绞车起过载保护作用。这种绞车与老式绞车相比结构更合理,简单,制造工 艺性好,传动效率高,使用寿
