1、 摘 要 人力资本是建筑施工企业人力资源和企业资本要素的重要组成部 分,其中招聘又是人力资源管理各环节最重要的组成部分。招聘是建 筑施工企业实现人力资源配置的手段,是企业生存发展的关键, 而拥 有更多更好的人才是建筑施工企业健康、快速、持续发展的原动力, 提高建筑施工企业招聘有效性则是企业获取更多优秀人才的根本方 式。 本文总结分析了招聘有效性的特征、 影响招聘有效性的因素,并提 出了提高人力资源招聘有效性实施策略, 然后以中国建筑第七工程局 为例具体介绍建筑施工企业在招聘中存在的问题及原因, 对公司的招 聘体系提出具体的改进意见与建议,最后本文在以上研究的基础上,并结 合相关理论及文献,提出
