1、 I 摘 要 人事信息管理系统是现代企业规模化发展所必需的管理系统。通过这样的系 统,企业可以更加规范的对企业的员工进行管理。以往的人力管理相比,它更灵 活、方便、省时省力,是现代大中型企业不可或缺的管理工具。 本系统是针对广龙公司人事管理部门定制的人事信息管理系统。对公司的人 事信息进行管理。通过本系统,管理员可对对公司的新进员工进行资料的添加, 对已经离职的员工进行资料的删除,及以对有所调动员工进行资料的修改。还可 以对员工的工资进行管理。本系统是对用户要求实现软件系统在功能、行为、性 能、设计约束等方面的期望中开发而成的。通过对应用问题及其环境的理解与分 析,为问题涉及的信息、功能及系统
