2、在这里集中，因此站点地区的规划也相当复杂。 首先本文列举出了以世界四大城市为例的世界轨道交通发展状况， 并在此基 础上分析了我国轨道交通的发展现状和特点并指出了我国轨道交通目前存在的 问题。 其次对现有的轨道交通研究理论成果的基础上进行了分类整理为本文提供 深厚的理论基础， 接着对站点模型化发展理论的由来发展及其实际应用中的成功 经验进行介绍。 文中对于轨道站区发展模型对周边地区的影响以及站区发展模型 确定后的规划理念和方法都进行了详细的描述。 最后是以果酒厂站为例结合站点 模式化发展理论对站区进发展模型进行确定并在此模型的基础上进行了详细的 规划。 关键词关键词： 轨道交通 TOD 站点模式
