3、并能够合理的控制，避免不必要的浪费。由于 石化企业具有生产规模庞大、工艺结构复杂、产品品种繁多、市场变化 快等特点，所以制定生产计划时要考虑的因素很多，人脑很难考虑周全。 线性规划方法通过科学、定量地分析各种因素，可以制定出经济效益最 优的生产计划，其成败的核心是能否形成反映石化企业实际情况的线性 规划模型、快速准确的找到最优方案。 本论文研究了一种基于 B/S 结构的石化管理系统。其开发主要包括 后台数据库的建立、后台管理以及前台页面的 Web 设计。经分析，使用 Sun Microsystems 公司的 JSP（Java Server Pages）技术，eclipse 开 发工具，再利用
