1、 摘要:摘要:自从计算机技术应用到了机床上,近半个世纪以来,数控系统经历了两个阶段和六代的发展。数控 技术的应用不但给传统制造业带来了革命性的变化,使制造业成为工业化的象征,而且随着数控技术的不 断发展和应用领域的扩大,它对关系国计民生的一些重要行业,如 IT、汽车、轻工、医疗等的发展也起着 越来越重要的作用。数控机床是机电一体化在机械加工领域中的典型产品,具有高精度、高效率和高适应 性的特点。数控机床已在我国批量生产、大量引进和推广使用,它们给机械制造业的发展创造了条件,并 带来了很大的经济效益。由于机床数控系统的先进性、复杂性和智能化高的特点,若其任何部分发生故障 与失效现象,都会使数控机
2、床停机,从而造成生产停顿。因此,对数控车床的故障进行诊断与排除就显得 十分必要。本文主要研究华中数控机床数控系统故障诊断与维修的相关内容。从数控机床故障诊断的基础 内容谈起,介绍数控机床故障规律,故障诊断的一般步骤及方法。接着讲述数控机床的常见故障,包括机 械故障、伺服系统故障、PLC 等电气故障。最后通过实例具体介绍数控机床故障产生后分析处理的过程。 从而得知,数控机床维修是一门复杂的技术,要熟悉数控机床的各个部分,理论加实践,提高工作效率。 关键关键词:词:华中数控机床、故障、诊断、维修 Abstract:Since the computer technology is applied t
