1、塑料注射机液压系统设计 摘要 塑料注射成型机是把各种热塑性塑料加工成各种中小型工业塑料制品的机械设备。 现在，随着计算机等自动化设备在现代企业中的不断应用，塑料注射成型机也得到一定 程度的发展。本文对塑料注射机的系统设计进行了阐述。 本文讨论了塑料注射成型机及其相关设备在国内外的发展情况，并根据现有设备情 况，发展速度及经济状况等因素，对主要结构做了合理的选用。例如：锁模部分结构紧 凑，占用空间小。我在设计中主要设计了注塑机注射部件的注射油缸的活塞杆的直径的 设计、缸体和缸盖厚度的选择，以及用来连接缸体与缸盖的连接件拉杆的选择。油马达 与油泵的选择以及驱动油泵所用电机功率的选择。做了液压系统图
