3、ion.But there still exist some problems in traditional design and manufacture, such as over-large volume and low efficiency. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the design of gear reducer. After selecting reasonable design variables to the gear reducer model, optimum mathematical model is set up a

And the constraint functions are acquired based on constraint condition, such as tooth width coefficient, stress conditions of gears, bending strength of shaft, etc. Then, genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the model, after repeated cycle of arithmetic crossover and Gaussian mutation, selection based on feasible solution.Optimized parameters of the gear reducer is obtained realizing the objective of the least optimized volume.By mechanical calculation,
