1、 I 摘摘 要要 本设计的内容为某造纸厂废水处理工艺设计。造纸厂废水的特点是:所产生 的废水悬浮物浓度较高,且有机物浓度也较高。设计中的主要构筑物有格栅、沉 砂池、SBR 池、絮凝反应器、以及污泥浓缩池。 SBR 工艺是本次设计的核心。SBR 工艺是活性污泥法的变形,由于其具有 自动化程度高,抗冲击能力强、池形简单、具有脱氮降磷效果、不产生污泥膨胀 等特点,因此 SBR 处理工艺在小型污水处理设施中应用较广泛。经过该工艺处 理后的出水水质达到造纸废水排放标准 GB35442001 一级排放标准。 本设计需要选择几种造纸厂废水处理的工艺,并对其进行比较,确定造纸厂 废水处理工艺并确定废水处理工艺
