1、 - 1 - 不锈钢厂绩效评估方法研究 摘 要 本文重点研究公司的绩效评估系统,选取三元不锈钢厂为研究单位,并 以三元不锈钢厂员工为研究对象, 目的在于了解公司现有的绩效评估方法以及目 前存在的不足,分析影响绩效评估的因素,以便能找到相关措施进一步改进三元 不锈钢厂的绩效评估方案。 在研究过程中,首先阐述了绩效评估的相关概念,以及国内外的研究情况, 并对三元不锈钢厂做了一个简短的介绍,同时设计相关问卷调查,进行发放与回 收,针对回收的问卷进行分析。分析结果显示,员工的年龄、工龄以及目前的职 位都对其了解公司的绩效评估有一定的影响,并在一定程度上呈正相关关系。 问卷调查后,又进行访谈调查,了解和
