1、 I 摘摘 要要 内蒙古黄岗矿业公司I区选矿厂年处理量为150万吨原矿, 给矿粒度为5000mm, 选厂设计为一次性平地建厂。 黄岗铁矿属于中硬度矿石,含泥量小,设计采用三段一闭路破碎流程;矿床中有 磁铁矿和锡矿等 29 种可利用元素。磁铁矿的粒度不均匀且较粗,约为 0.13.5mm, 所以设计采用阶段磨矿,阶段磁选工艺;第一段分级设计采用水力旋流器,第二段分 级设计采用高频细筛。原矿品位为 37.91%。矿石经第一段磨矿分级后,分级溢流进 入第一段磁选,磁选产品品位为 55.00%,产率为 55.95%,回收率为 79.80%;粗选产 品经过细筛和浓磁后进入第二段磨矿,细筛的筛下产品进入第二
