1、 1 摘要摘要 螺旋输送机广泛应用于粮食工业、建筑材料工业、化学工业、机械制造业、交通运输业等 国民经济的各个部门。其主要用于输送各种粉状、粒状、小块状物料，在输送过程中也可 以完成混合搅拌。 水平式螺旋输送机利用带有螺旋叶片的螺旋轴的旋转， 使物料产生沿螺 旋面的相对运动， 物料受到料槽或输送管壁的摩擦力作用不与螺旋一起旋转， 从而将物料 轴向推进，实现物料的输送。在水平输送机中，料槽的摩擦力主要是由物料自身重力所引 起的。由于运用的广泛，某些型号的输送机已经标准化，如 LS 型螺旋输送机。本次设计 介绍了螺旋输送机的工作原理， 分析了螺旋输送机的主要参数对其使用性能和输送能力的 影响，阐明
