1、 I 摘要摘要 按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了经山寺铁矿磁选 6000t/d 的选矿厂设 计,产品为铁精矿。 经山寺铁矿位于河南省平顶山市境内,为舞钢重要的原料基地。在老师的帮 助下, 经过一段时间的资料收集, 确定了其工艺流程: 破碎采用三段一闭路流程, 磨矿采用两段全闭路的流程,选别采用三段磁选一段扫选的流程,精矿采用直接 过滤的脱水流程。 对设计工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、磁选 (包括矿浆流程)和脱水流程。对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、磁选及脱水设备进 行了选择和计算以及辅助设备的选择和计算,确定了工艺所需的工艺设备。 进行了厂房总体布置, 并进行了厂房内的设备
