1、 摘摘 要要 传统汽车纵梁检测主要以人工方式进行,检测工人把纵梁和标准纵梁图纸进行 比对来检测是否有漏孔、用千分尺等工具手动测量孔心位置是否合乎要求。这种检 测方式严重依赖人工,可靠性不高,效率不高,不适应现代化工业生产的需要。为 克服这些弊端,提高生产效率,设计了一种以图像处理技术为基础的自动化检测装 置。首先对纵梁基本结构、数字图像处理技术和汽车检测技术做了简单的介绍,然 后对检测装置的总体设计方案做了详细的介绍, 之后对装置的具体结构进行了设计, 并对控制系统进行设计。 控制系统使用西门子 s7-200 系列 PLC 实现了检测过程的 自动化运行,并使用液压系统实现了纵梁支撑部件的运动控
