1、 本科毕业设计说明书 I 广州民政办公大楼中央空调设计 摘要： 本次毕业设计的主要内容是对广州市民政办公大楼进行中央空调系统设计及 通风设计。该建筑位于广州市，共有十五层,建筑面积为 14556.16 平米。一、二层 主要是中庭、办公室，层高为 4.8 米，三层以上都是办公室，层高为 3.9 米。根据 房间的功能和设计要求，风系统分别采用了风机盘加新风和一次回风两种系统；水 系统采用异程式系统。本次设计涉及到空调系统的划分，冷热负荷的计算，空调设 备的选型，风管的水力计算及布置，管道的消声、防震、冷冻机房设计，水系统的 划分， 水管的水力计算及水管布置,水泵和通风机的选择， 通风空调系统的自动
