1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 I 摘摘 要要 新建大华选矿厂处理原矿能力为 40 万吨,给矿粒度为 5000 毫米。 大华铁矿主要矿物中磁铁矿占 36.5%,赤铁矿占 2.79%,褐铁矿占 0.68%,黄铁矿占 0.15%,全矿区以磁铁矿为主,个别有极少量赤铁矿。脉石矿物占 59.88%,其中石英占 36.42,角闪石占 13.2%,辉石 7.36%,云母类 1.85%碳酸岩类 1.05%。选用阶段磨矿、 阶段选别流程。 工艺流程介绍如下:破碎为三段一闭路。磨矿为两段闭路磨矿,一段磨矿分级的溢 流给入一段大筒径磁选,粗精矿产物品位为 48.52%、产率为 53.58%、回收率为 89.58%;
2、 粗精矿给入浓缩磁选, 同时二段磨矿分级返砂给入浓缩磁选。 浓缩磁选产率为 131.46%。 二段分级溢流给入二段磁选,经磁选后,粗精矿的品位为 63.5%、产率为 39.26%,回收 率为 85.9%。二段磁选精矿接着给入三段小筒径,三段磁选精矿品位为 67%,产率为 36.88%,回收率 85.14%。三段磁选精矿经浓缩脱水得到最终精矿,品位为 67%、产率 为 36.88%、回收率为 85.14%。 选矿厂设计总投资为 1095.52 万元人民币,建设期为一年,设计服务年限为 15 年, 投资回收期 0.8 年。年精矿产量 14.75 万吨,按目前市场价格预计年销售收入 10325 万
