1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 I 摘摘 要要 摘要摘要:本次设计的华晋焦煤沙曲选煤厂,是一个年生产能力为 1.0Mt 的炼焦型选 煤厂。遵循选煤厂有关规范、条例等国家各项方针政策。 产品要求精煤灰分小于 9.25%,做为主焦煤,中煤就地代销,矸石外运。其中精煤 水分不超过 12%,硫分不超过 0.5%。设计力求达到工艺先进,技术合理,工程量省,投 资少的效果。 选煤工艺采用混合入选,50-0mm 无压三产品重介旋流器分选,-0.5mm 煤泥采用浮 选的联合流程。 经过工艺流程计算、设备选型等,对主厂房和总平面进行布置。设备选型尽量考虑 引进国外的处理能力大,效率高的设备。工艺布置充分考虑系统的
