1、内蒙古科技大学毕业论文 外购铁精矿再磨再选工艺现状调查及分析外购铁精矿再磨再选工艺现状调查及分析 摘摘 要要 随着钢产量的增加,包钢除采用自产铁精矿外,一直配加部分外购铁精矿。 外购铁精矿 来源较杂,成分、 粒度都很不稳定,特别是硅含量偏高,粒度偏粗,铁品位在 60 %66 %之间, 硅在 4 %10 %之间,用于高炉生产易造成波动。 针对这一问题,选矿厂经过大量的试验研 究,提出了利用闲置的选矿系列对外购铁精矿再磨再选提铁降硅的选矿工艺,为高炉的生 产提供了精料,提高高炉利用系数,提高铁精粉品位,对外购铁精矿采用“磨矿-弱磁选 -电磁螺旋柱-细筛-细磨-弱磁选”工艺流程,可实现再磨铁精矿品位
