2、多个单元组成的生产系统可以体现自动生产线的控制特点。操作手 是工业机器人的重要组成部分，在很多情况下它就可以称为工业机器人。可编 程控制器是继电器控制和计算机控制出上开发的产品， 逐渐发展成以微器处理 为核心把自动化技术、计算机技术、通信技术融为一体的新型工业自动控制装 置。本文应用西门子公司的 S7-200PLC，通过其硬件结构、编程指令和 STEP 7 软件的操作实现机械手搬运控制系统，该系统充分利用了可编程控制器（PLC） 控制功能。使该系统可靠稳定，时期功能范围得到广泛应用。 关键词：MPS, 操作手，可编程控制器（PLC） ，气动控制 3 Flexible production li
