2、ing XX University XX 摘 要 本次毕业设计是为某摩托车发动机缸盖零件设计工艺规程和工艺装备。本次 设计包括了对该零件的工艺分析，毛坯的选择，拟定零件的工艺路线，零件的详 细计算，夹具和量具的设计。 通过缸盖零件图，对零件进行工艺分析，确定了需要加工的表面及这些面的 精度。根据零件的结构，用途等，查阅许多相关资料，最终选择适当的材料作为 毛坯材料，并绘制了毛坯图。查阅资料并对零件分析，提出两条零件的工艺路线， 经过比较，选出较好的方案，完成零件的工艺路线。参考相关资料，确定机床及 其他工艺装备，用查表法对零件进行详细计算，确定加工余量，工序尺寸，切削 用量，计算出时间定额。本
