2、何对出租房屋进行高效，合理的管理这个问题越来越凸现出来。针 对这一需求，本文设计并实现了一套基于 Web 的房屋出租管理系统，力求能简 洁高效地解决房屋出租管理方面的问题。 本系统采用 B/S 模式，基于 ASP.net 平台开发,后台数据库采用 SQL Server2000,WEB 服务器采用 IIS 5.0。系统主要由以下几个模块组成：数据发布 模块，数据查询模块，数据管理模块，身份验证模块，系统管理模块，数据计算 模块。系统实现了用户登录，信息发布，信息修改，房屋收费项设置，房屋收费 计算，信息查询，用户留言，管理员发布公告等功能。使用本系统，客户端用户 只需要通过浏览器访问就可以实现对
