1、 I 摘 要 本论文以某小区供水系统的改造为背景,根据供水系统的特性和实际情况 的要求,以松下 FP0-T32CT 作为主控制器、组态软件 KingView 作为监控平台对 小区原有的继电器逻辑控制系统进行更新设计,采用松下公司提供的 FPWIN GR 软件对 PLC 进行程序的编制与调试。该系统可以对供水系统的压力、液位等过 程参数进行在线检测,实现供水过程的全自动控制,满足居民用水的需要。 本论文研究的主要内容包括:基于PLC自来水控制系统整体方案的设计、 PLC 控制系统原理、重点探讨 PLC 控制系统硬件、软件的设计方法,综合对比经验 设计法、逻辑设计法、时序图设计法和顺序控制设计法,
2、对 PLC 在实际现场控 制过程中经常遇到的一些实际问题,如:电源干扰问题、扩展 I/O 点数和系统连 锁问题等,提出了具体解决方案。 本论文是基于该工程项目的电气控制系统设计与实现展开的,采用可编程 控制器 PLC, 完成了整个电气控制系统的软硬件的设计, 基本达到了预期的目标, 实现了小区供水的自动化。 关键词 PLC;供水系统;自动控制 II Abstract In this paper a district water supply system transformation as the background, according to the characteristics of
