1、毕业设计（论文） 1 北京市富华综合楼中央空调设计北京市富华综合楼中央空调设计 摘 要：该建筑位于首都北京市,共三层,建筑面积约 4200 m2,空调面积约 2600 m2。, 一楼商场层高 4.5 m，二层办公室层高为 3.6m。三层普通客房的层高为 3.3m。是一座综 合性大楼。其中一层包括商场，办公大堂，空调机房等。二层是办公室，会议室及休息 室。三层是客房和会议室。基于该建筑的多种功能特点，并考虑到经济性和可行性，确 定出该楼的空调系统方案为商场为全空气式；其它采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，并针 对这种方案进行了水管，风管的布置，水力计算，设备选型及设备布置。 关键词：空调；风机盘管加独
