1、 基于 Pro/e 少齿数(Z=2)齿轮传动的建模与研究 摘要:阐述了少齿数渐开线圆柱齿轮机构的传动特点, 论述了渐开线和过渡曲线的方程推倒及其参数的确 定,阐明了变位系数、螺旋角和几何尺寸的确定及计算, 从而奠定了少齿数渐开线圆柱齿轮机构机构学的理论基础。 齿轮的参数化设计是提高齿轮建模效率的有效途径,基于Pro /E Wildfire 4.0 平台的参数化精确建模功能, 通过编 Pro/E的模型程序, 实现了少齿数齿轮自动化建模设计, 并且实现齿轮基本参数的改变自动生成新齿轮。该齿轮设计 方法可使设计人员方便快捷地实现齿轮的三维特征造型设计,从而提高设计效率。 关键词:坐标转换 少齿数 变
