1、 I 摘要摘要 研究设计一个好的风机对节能有很重大的意义。合理的设计、选择和 使用通风机,关系到矿井的安全生产和煤矿职工的身体健康,对矿井的主 要技术经济指标也有一定影响。本设计查阅有关轴流式通风机设计的技术 资料,严格执行相应的国家或国际标准,参照现有的在实际应用的轴流风 机设计加工的图纸,对相应的尺寸、技术要求等取经验值。采用了目前国 内外对于中、高压轴流式通风机设计中广泛应用的叶栅设计法进行叶片叶 型的设计。引入了计算机辅助设计,专门编制了相应的计算机应用程序, 来自动进行验算,最后直接得到计算结果。采用扭曲机翼型叶片,气动效 率高,节能效果极为显著;叶片安装角度可调,可根据矿井生产的变
