1、 摘摘 要要 本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,主体结构共 5 层,底层层高 4.85m,其余 层层高 3.9m。建筑总长 86.1m,总宽 28.2 m,总建筑高度 19.45m,总建筑面积 约 8000m2。 首先进行了结构布置方案设计,初步确定了框架梁、柱和楼板等主要结构构 件的截面尺寸和基础形式,然后对结构楼盖进行设计计算,重点对框架结构中 C 轴框架进行了结构设计计算(手算) ,计算框架在竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载) 、风 荷载和地震作用下的结构内力。在确定各种荷载作用下框架产生的内力之后,利 用 Excel 软件进行内力组合,找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合,从而对该榀框架 的梁柱截面进行截
2、面设计与配筋。该建筑中的楼梯采用现浇板式楼梯,在对楼梯 的设计中完成了对平台板,梯段板,平台梁、柱等构件的内力和配筋计算。结构 基础采用的是柱下条形基础。另外,运用 PKPM 对手算结果进行电算校核,并分 析了手算与电算误差的产生原因。最终,在计算结果之上,绘制了 9 张施工图。 关键词:关键词: 框架结构框架结构 钢筋混凝土钢筋混凝土 结构设计结构设计 Frame Structure Design Of The Office building for JinLing School In YiNing County AbstractAbstract The project is a reinf

After computing the internal force under all sorts of loads, the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or seve
5、ral sets of the most adverse internal force of members. Then I make out the cross-section design of beams and columns. Slab stairs is used in this structure. The design of the stairs includes calculating the internal force and reinforcing such components as landing slab, step board and landing girde
6、r. In the end, strip concrete footing needs designing。 Then, the results is checked by software PKPM, including analyzing the causes of those differences between them.
