1、摘摘 要要 教师评价是教育管理的重要方面， 也是促进教育发展和教师发展的重要手段。 学生评价 教师(以下简称“学生评教”)作为教师评价的重要途径之一，正在被更多的学校采纳。 “学 生评教”体现了学校管理者对学生权利的尊重，以及促进师生沟通的愿望，应该在促进教师 与学生的发展方面发挥积极的作用。 但这方面的现实情况却是， 教师往往对粗糙并被不恰当 使用的“学生评教”感到疑虑、担心甚至惧怕，难以通过评教使自己的教学水平和专业素质 得到真正的提升。同时，学生也仅仅作为一个管理的手段而存在，他们的要求、情感有时并 没有得到足够的重视。总之，目前的评教并没有真正发挥促进师生沟通和共同成长的作用。 因而，
2、如何使“学生评教”成为发展性教师评价，值得我们去关注和思索。 本文在国内外现有研究的基础上，结合高校就业的现状，从实际需求出发，采用当前 较为流行的 B/S （浏览器/服务器） 结构和 JSP动态网页开发技术， 基于 Windows XP Professional 操作系统和 SQL Server 2000 数据库，设计并实现了一个功能较为完善的学生评教系统。 本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷。在具体的应用过程中，有可能会 出现一些问题，今后我们还会对本系统不断地进行完善、更新，使其功能更强大，应用更广 泛。 关键词关键词：学生评教，JSP，SQL Server2000 Abstr
