1、 化工原理课程设计 板式精馏塔设计 1 摘摘 要要 本设计采用板式精馏塔(浮阀塔)乙醇-水溶液,先找出乙醇- 水溶液的平衡数据,然后利用 AutoCAD 作图,求出最小回流比为 2.2406, 再建立总费用与回流比之间的函数关系, 利用 C 语言编程求 出最优回流比为 2.2476,利用塔板效率求出理论塔板数,然后对塔 和塔板的工艺尺寸进行计算, 计算圆整得塔径 DT=1.0m, 塔高 47.1m。 进而对塔的流体力学性能进行验算,利用塔设备的强度求塔体厚度, 最后对塔的稳定性进行验算,使之符合设计要求。 关键词: 浮阀塔 精馏塔 最优回流比 尺寸计算 强度验算 AbstractAbstrac
