1、 物业管理系统的设计与实现物业管理系统的设计与实现 摘摘 要要 随着计算机技术的普及应用， 现代城市中的居民小区也广泛地引入了信息管 理机制。本文以 Visual Basic 6.0 和 SQL Server 2000 作为开发工具，设计了一套 针对现代小区物业管理的信息化平台， 主要实现了业主信息管理、 物管费用管理、 业主投诉管理和小区设备的运维管理等模块。 对所选课题的背景进行了简单的介绍，提出对本课题的研究方法。对 Visual Basic 6.0 和 SQL Server 2000 进行简单的介绍。提出设计的架构，定出 4 个功能 模块，画出系统流程图和系统功能结构图。根据上述 2
