1、 摘摘 要要 近年来，随着 Internet 的迅速崛起，互联网已日益成为收集以及提 供信息的最佳渠道并进入传统的流通领域。于是电子商务开始流行起 来，电子商务已经被越来越多的人所接受，在有些方面甚至已经取代了 传统的商店。 网上竞标系统为传统交易的买卖双方提供了更广阔的商务平台， 一 方面让卖方发布信息，另一方面让社会各界有兴趣的买家来进行竞标。 其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两 个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的 库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。 本文主要包括了方案论证与系统开发工具，就是运用软件工程科学 地分析与
2、设计方法，通过需求分析、概要设计、详细设计和调试测试等 步骤，利用 PHP 作为 Web 开发环境、采用 MySQL 为后端数据库建立 一个动态、交互式、具有在线竞标和结标处理且功能强大、界面友好的 商务竞标系统。需求分析，就是是准确地确定“为了解决所提出的问题， 目标系统必须做到什么、做到什么程度” ，主要明确目标系统必须具备 的功能、性能、安全性、可靠性、保密性、专用性等，规定开发所使用 的标准和规范。系统设计，就是讲解数据库中各数据表的创建和逻辑结 构。详细设计，就是讲述网上竞标系统中几个主要功能模块的界面及部 分代码实现。软件测试，就是测试阶段的根本任务是发现并改正软件中 的错误，目的
