1、 摘摘 要要 文景小区住宅楼采用剪力墙结构，地上建筑高度 54.00m，市政水压为 30m 水柱；地下室为丙二类库房，地上 18 层，标准层两梯 4 户，共有 2 种户型，一 种为三室两厅两卫一厨，另外一种为两室两厅一卫一厨。本楼建筑设计等级为二 类高层建筑。 本建筑各给排水系统介绍如下： 1.给水系统：据设计资料以及规范中的要求并结合该楼的功能分区，将该建 筑在竖向上分为 2 个供水区，低区为 15 层；高区为 618 层。低区利用市政 给水管网供水压力直接供水； 高区采用变频水泵加压供水。 本设计采用高区 614 层均设减压阀的供水方式。阀后压力在 0.2MPa 左右，使供水达到最大舒适度
2、。 2.热水系统：本建筑热水系统热水由每户自家的热水器供给，用户自理。 3.消防系统：包括消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统。本设计建筑总高度 54m 的高层建筑楼，属于中危险级，二类高层建筑类别。本建筑消火栓系统采用不分 区室内消防给水系统；本建筑为住宅楼，内设消火栓系统，自喷系统采用湿式自 动喷水灭火系统，其中地下室属于丙二类库图，其他楼层属于中危险级级。 4.排水系统：包括生活污水系统和雨水系统。本建筑内部生活污水采用合流 方式排出；屋面雨水采用外排水方式，设计重现期为一年。 关键词关键词：给水系统 高层建筑 建筑类别 消防系统 排水 ABSRACT Wenjing distric resid
