1、 富康车门外板模具设计 学生姓名: 学 号: 专业班级: 指导教师: 2010 年 6 月 20 日 摘 要 本文所研究的汽车覆盖件的数字化建模, 在现代汽车制造业中起到了非 常重要的作用。本文以富康牌小轿车左后门作为研究对象,进行了车门的曲 面逆向重构及车门覆盖件模具设计。 文章对车门外板利用三维激光扫描仪进行三维坐标测量得到点云数据, 对所得点云数据使用逆向工程软件 CATIA 进行预处理。包括点云的抽稀、修 剪、补洞、形成三角网格等;用 CATIA 软件对其进行逆向工程加工,即进行 曲面重构,得到重构出的车门曲面;以重构出的曲面为基础,对车门外板的 拉伸模具进行结构设计,在 SolidW

In this thesis, we use the Three-dimensional to scan the car door panels, and we achieve the point cloud. Then we choose CATIA, which is a high-class software of Inverse Engineering, to p
4、rocess the data. Next ,its the processing of the point cloud and surface reconstruction. As the surface finished, the drawing dies need to be modeled. To meet the challenge, we construct them by the software of SolidWorks. There are three parts in the drawing dies, which are punch, die and blank-holder.
