1、 - 1 - 浅析“民工荒”背景下的企业人力资源战略 摘 要 2003 年底,一向被认为“劳动力无限供给“的中国,却意外地出现了民工 短缺即“民工荒“问题。此后几年, “民工荒“现象不仅未消失,反而有愈演愈烈 之势,并逐渐蔓延到欠发达的中西部地区。显然, “民工荒“暴露出的许多深层 次矛盾已经严重阻碍了我国社会经济的健康发展。 对此,笔者在论文探讨中运用规范研究与实证研究相结合、微观研究与宏 观研究相结合、逻辑分析与历史研究相结合等基本研究方法,首先以经济学中 拉尼斯和费景汉“临界最小努力”方程为基本分析工具并结合自己村庄实际, 评述中国的“刘易斯拐点”是否已经到来,其次对“民工荒”产生的根本
