2、高。 。采用落料拉伸复合 模，能较好地实现落料及落料件的修边，模具设计制造简便易行。落料拉伸效果 好，能极大地提高生产效率，但落料拉伸凹模设计较为重要，设计中应充分考虑 其落料拉伸模口形状，否则易影响落料拉伸件的形状。主要工序包括：a 复合下 料，冲孔，b 全周压毛边，冲孔，小折，c 冲孔，铆螺母，d 成型。本设计共分 6 章，分别论述了产品工艺分析，冲压方案的确定，工艺计算，模板及零件设计， 模具组立等问题。本论文是第三工程（冲孔）的模具。本设计的内容是确定复合 模内型和结构形式以及工艺性，绘制模具总图和非标准件零件图。 Content summary Thus the present pa
