1、 I 摘 要 根据车桥能否传递驱动力,汽车车桥分为驱动桥和从动桥。驱动桥的结 构型式按齐总体布置来说共有三种,即普通的非断开式驱动桥,带有摆动半 轴的非断开式驱动桥和断开式驱动桥。本设计对象是轻型低速载货汽车的后 驱动桥。 本设计完成了轻型低速载货汽车的后驱动桥中主减速器、差速器、减震 器、钢板弹簧及桥壳等部件的设计。根据轻型低速载货汽车的后驱动桥的要 求,通过选型,确定了主减速器传动副类型,差速器类型,驱动桥半轴支承 类型减震器类型和钢板弹簧类型。通过设计计算,确定了主减速比,主、从 动锥齿轮、差速器、半轴、减震器、钢板弹簧以及桥壳的主要参数和结构尺 寸。 利用 Pro/E 软件画出所有零部
2、件的三维视图及装配图和总装配图然后生 成工程图,通过主要零部件的校核计算和利用 CAD 对主要零部件就行二维 绘图,确定所设计的能够满足设计要求。 关键词:汽车后桥;主减速器;差速器;减震器;钢板弹簧 II Abstract According to the axle can transfer the driving force, the car axle is divided into a drive axle and a driven axle.
