2、块短板补齐则显得尤为重要。中小企业的融资问题是一个 世界性的问题，而欠发达地区中小企业融资同样困扰过当今许多大牌资本主义老国，曾经 并且现在仍受各国学者的普遍关注。文章以 nxbzgm 工程有限公司为研究对象，探索其融 资问题，并对解决方法进行了深入研究。 本文从中小企业融资的理论与特点切入，分析 nxbzgm 工程有限公司的融资现状，并 深入分析该公司融资难的成因。主要包括公司所处社会环境、公司的财务状况欠佳、公司 的管理效率低下、缺乏小企业专门的融资机构、公司抵押担保资产不足、公司缺乏高素质 人才且融资信息不畅。其中特别研究了该公司的融资管理情况，包括公司融资的财务成本 分析与公司财务比率
