2、选择及材料性能的分 析、注射机的选用、浇注系统、成型零件、冷却系统和抽芯机构的设计等部分。除此之 外，还包括模具型腔的 CAD/CAM 部分，并利用先进软件将其加工部分直接生成 NC 文件。 本文强调利用现代计算机辅助设计制造技术，运用了 Pro/E、CAXA 等国内外著名软件进 行辅助设计。既保证了产品的质量，缩短了产品更新的周期 通过本次毕业设计，对我在大学阶段所学习的模具设计方面知识做了一个很好的总 结和巩固，也对平时所学习的比较零散的知识做到了系统化的运用。也发现了自己在学 科仍存在很多不足，可以更好的复习和理解，同时对机械制造、加工的工艺有了一个系 统、全面的理解，达到了学习的目的。
