1、 摘要 传动轴的应用都非常广泛,它在生产生活的作用也就不言而喻,因此如何加 工好一根传动轴就显的尤为重要。传动轴因为它的用处不同,在材料上有多种选 择,如果是在玩具或者模型中可以用塑料或木材制造,在工艺品中可以用玻璃水 晶制造,在工厂里大部分用的是金属材料,钢材是金属材料中的首选,钢材价格 现对便宜,在制造过程中经过热处理可以达到相应的加工要求。本文是在详细说 明一根传动轴如何由毛坯加工成型的全过程,确定传动轴的工艺性,轴的力学分 析并要根据所得数据进行选材及制定热处理工艺, 根据不同的要求做加工方法说 明,从经济性及工艺性方面着手讨论。说明在加工过程中的难点并强调应注意问 题。整个工艺规程必
2、须确保加工质量,可靠的达到产品图样所提出的全部技术条 件,提高生产率,减少人力和物力的消耗,降低生产成本,尽可能的减少工人的 劳动强度。介绍工艺规程的组成、工用和制定程序,说明零件的机械加工结构工 艺性,结合生产实例重点分析定位基准的选择、零件表面加工方法的选择、加工 顺序的安排、 工序集中与分散的处理、 加工阶段的划分、 机床和工艺装备的选择、 加工余量和工序尺寸及公差的确定、 工艺尺寸链的分析与解算等工艺过程设计和 工序设计中的主要问题, 简介计算机辅助工艺过程设计和工艺过程优化的基本知 识,以理解和掌握机械加工工艺规程设计的基本原理和基本方法。 关键词: 传动轴 金属材料 加工余量 工艺

The purpose of this paper is to state the whole process of the transmission shaft from the blanks to the products, confirm its manufacturability and its mechanical analysis of the shaft. Besides,according to the corr
6、esponding data,we should known how to select the material and make the heat treatment process. My discussion will start from its economy and manufauturability, and the processing instructions will be given following the different requirements. I will also explain the difficult points and emphasize the problems that we should be paid attention to. The whole manufacturing process must guarantee the quality, satisfy to all the technical conditions required by the product design, increase the prod
