1、 摘要 传动轴的应用都非常广泛，它在生产生活的作用也就不言而喻，因此如何加 工好一根传动轴就显的尤为重要。传动轴因为它的用处不同，在材料上有多种选 择，如果是在玩具或者模型中可以用塑料或木材制造，在工艺品中可以用玻璃水 晶制造，在工厂里大部分用的是金属材料，钢材是金属材料中的首选，钢材价格 现对便宜，在制造过程中经过热处理可以达到相应的加工要求。本文是在详细说 明一根传动轴如何由毛坯加工成型的全过程，确定传动轴的工艺性，轴的力学分 析并要根据所得数据进行选材及制定热处理工艺， 根据不同的要求做加工方法说 明，从经济性及工艺性方面着手讨论。说明在加工过程中的难点并强调应注意问 题。整个工艺规程必
2、须确保加工质量，可靠的达到产品图样所提出的全部技术条 件，提高生产率，减少人力和物力的消耗，降低生产成本，尽可能的减少工人的 劳动强度。介绍工艺规程的组成、工用和制定程序，说明零件的机械加工结构工 艺性，结合生产实例重点分析定位基准的选择、零件表面加工方法的选择、加工 顺序的安排、 工序集中与分散的处理、 加工阶段的划分、 机床和工艺装备的选择、 加工余量和工序尺寸及公差的确定、 工艺尺寸链的分析与解算等工艺过程设计和 工序设计中的主要问题， 简介计算机辅助工艺过程设计和工艺过程优化的基本知 识，以理解和掌握机械加工工艺规程设计的基本原理和基本方法。 关键词： 传动轴 金属材料 加工余量 工艺
