1、 毕业设计(论文) 轭铁冲裁、弯曲成形工艺 及模具设计 学 院: 机械工程学院 专 业: 模具设计与制造 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 摘 要 I 摘 要 本文主要介绍的是冲压、弯曲模具的设计,其工作原理是通过压力机带动 与制件形状类似的凸凹模冲压钢板,得到初步工件;再通过弯曲模将上一工序 的工件弯曲成规定角度。本文共包括二二章,对该组模具的设计过程进行了详细 说明。 该组模具是由两套模具(冲裁模、弯曲模)组。两套模具基本上都是由三 部分组成,一、定位装置,主要由定位板、定位销控制,用于板料的定位;二、 卸料装置,该部分通过弹性卸料板,打杆、打板组成,完成工件及废料的卸除; 三、成型部分,该
2、部分包括冲裁凸凹模、弯曲凸凹模,通过凸凹模、弯曲模的 闭合制成工件。 该型号的冲裁、弯曲模使用模具钢制造,卸料、定位装置可用 45 钢制造, 其他零件可直接从标准件中选取,这样可以降低成本,缩短模具的制造时间。 通过模具进行生产可以大大提高生产成本,降低零件的生产周期,提高生 产效率,因此,开发制造该类产品具有广阔的市场前景。 关键词:冲裁、弯曲凸凹模,定位装置,卸料装置。 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In this paper, the punching, bending mold design, working principle of their work is drive
