1、I 津贴系统的设计与实现 摘要 随着计算机技术的快速发展，计算机技术在各行各业得到了广泛的应用。教 职工津贴管理作为高校管理工作的一个重要组成部分， 建立以计算机为基础的津 贴管理系统，是提高津贴管理工作质量和效率的一个重要途径，也是实现高校津 贴管理现代化的必要前提。高校津贴管理是一项复杂而又繁琐的工作，涉及到岗 位津贴、课时津贴、科研津贴、社会活动津贴等大量津贴数据的处理。如果仅由 财务人员通过手工方式处理，不仅工作效率较低，而且因人为疏忽造成的错误也 在所难免。本文根据高校津贴管理的具体情况，详细介绍了通过 B/S 架构实现津 贴管理系统的过程。该系统采用目前流行的 Java 语言，利用
