2、成本, 如果采用级进模生产时, 生产效率大幅提高, 非常适合大批量生产。 又或选用单工序模将极难完成或选用复合模也将较难加工, 达不到生产批量的要 求。由此确定了选用级进模进行加工成形。 加工工艺过程为:冲孔、切边、切边、弯曲、落料。同时经过进一步的分析, 确定了模具的总体结构和冲压工艺力、压力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等相关工艺 计算。在此基础上,绘制完成了相应的模具装配图和各非标件的零件图,并选定 压力机类型及其主要参数。 关键词:关键词:冲压工艺 级进模 冲孔 落料 弯曲 3 Abstract Stamping is a kind of advanced metal processing m
