1、 湖南某铅锌矿开采设计 摘要:本次毕业设计的任务是湖南宝山铅锌矿床北部 154197 勘探线-30m 以上矿段 矿床开采设计,设计年生产能力为 40 万 t/a。 设计的首要任务是将矿区的地质资料、 水文资料和勘探线剖面图结合起来对矿体 赋存情况进行了解掌握。结合矿山相关地质资料设计开拓系统,应当使矿山开拓系统 结构简单化,使基建工程量减少,并且能够达到生产能力,最后通过技术经济分析比 较,来实现开拓系统方案和采矿方法的选择。本设计中开拓系统采用的是平硐竖井联 合开拓,采矿方法采用向上分层胶结充填采矿法。矿井的通风方式为两翼抽出式,采 用集中通风,保证井下通风安全。设计中对井下运输和矿井提升部
2、分,考虑了井下和 地面运输功最小原则。设计中所用到的某些参数是采用类似矿山的数据,并以采矿 设计手册为主,配合其它参考资料的方式进行设计。整个设计均按照了设计标准执 行,并采用 AutoCAD 计算机绘图,满足了规范设计的要求。 关键词:铅锌矿开采;开拓系统;水平分层胶结充填法;矿井通风系统;矿井排水 The excavating design of an Hu Nan lead and zinc mine Abstract:The object of this design is to initial an plan for an Hu Nan lead and zinc mining in
