1、基于 PLC 的刮板给煤机控制系统设计 I 摘 要 可编程序控制器简称 PLC,由于 PLC 的可靠性高、环境适应性强、灵活通 用、使用方便、维护简单等优点,PLC 的应用领域在迅速扩大。目前已经成为当 代工业自动化的主要控制设备之一。对于早起的 PLC,凡是有继电器的地方,都 可采用。而对于当今的 PLC 几乎可以说凡是需要控制系统存在的地方就需要 PLC。尤其是在近几年来,PLC 的生产成本下降,功能又不断增强,所以,目前 PLC 在国内外已被广泛应用于各个行业。 随着现代化电力工业的不断发展,自动化水平不断提高,安全生产和经济节 能受到了人们的广泛关注, 刮板给煤机因为系统简单, 维护工
2、作量小, 工作稳定、 寿命长和煤种适应性强等特点受到了众多火电厂的青睐, 但由于刮板给煤机的内 部构造原因, 给煤量在实际测量中测量困难, 致使电厂制粉系统增加不安全因素, 原料浪费。本设计根据刮板给煤机的结构特点,以旋转编码器作为传感器,以 PLC 作为计量装置, 以触摸屏为监控界面, 研制了一套适合刮板给煤机煤量监测 装置。该装置操作方便,运行稳定,使给煤机安全度增加,经济度增加。 本文介绍了可编程控制器构成及原理,刮板给煤机的组成和应用,阐述了刮 板给煤机给煤量控制系统,并完成了该控制系统的梯形图和组态图的设计。 关键词 PLC,监测系统,刮板给煤机,角位移传感器 II Abstract
