1、 第 1 页 摘摘 要要 此次毕业设计的目的是对零件加工工艺的编写及加工中所需夹具设计。 首先, 零件材料是铸铁,零件的底面和侧面是设计基准,底面有 14125 槽及 54125 槽, 上表面 C 有通孔 13, 侧面基准上有螺纹孔 M10, 左边支臂有通孔 25 通孔。 其次,根据零件分析可知,零件的基准应为下底面,14125 槽和 25 孔的轴心 线,底面基准的加工需增加工艺面 E,此时,工艺面 E 也是定位基准,加工按粗 精基准选择先后进行。最后,按照工艺内容,设计工序所需夹具,通过六点定位 原理确定工件的位置,是用底板、键和定位块来限制工件的自由度,再选择合适 的压紧力防止工件移动。铣
