1、 I PLC 在全自动洗衣机控制系统中的应用 摘 要 本文介绍了 PLC 用于全自动洗衣机的控制系统,其可改进现有技术的不 足,简化结构,有利于降低成本和提高可靠性。设计了利用 PLC 来控制的洗衣 机,实现了从加水洗涤到脱水排水的全自动控制。此次介绍了利用三菱 FX2N 系列 PLC 对全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制,阐述了控制方案。 实现全自动洗衣 机控制系统总体控制有多种,可以采用早期的模拟电路、数字电路或模数混合 电路。我在此篇文章中首先介绍了洗衣机的现状,然后重点介绍了全自动洗衣 机的设计,设计要求和功能实现,全自动洗衣机的工作流程和工作原理,最后 介绍了全自动洗衣机 PLC 梯形图和

This design USES the stepping sequence control programming instructions, according to the requirement of process programming simple, may allow double-wire use, PLC sampling button and limit switch the change of external input signal, executes programs, and then output control motor and reversing and dehydration processing.
