1、 I 摘摘 要要 本次毕业设计是一幢八层馨海会馆办公楼，位于河南郑州市。结构类型为 框架结构，且本设计的柱网尺寸为 6m，2.5m 和 6.8m，底层柱高为 5.65m，二 层及以上为 3.6m。 主要进行的是建筑设计和结构设计两部分。它包括基础、柱、梁、板、楼 梯截面设计及计算。该办公楼属于高层建筑，采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构，其整 体性好，抗震性能强。包括高层建筑的承载能力、抗侧刚度、抗震性能，水平 地震作用以及竖向荷载作用计算。 其设计流程大致可以分为四个阶段： 1、选择结构方案并进行结构布置； 2、梁，柱截面尺寸的估算； 3、内力组合及截面设计； 4、绘制施工图。 关键词：关键词：框架结构

Key words: frame structure;structural design; load and calculate; lateral rigidity;seismic performance III 前前 言言 毕业设计是大学本科教育最后一个环节也是最重要的阶段，是对大学期间 所学专业知识的总结， 是毕业前的综合学习阶段,同时也是对我们所学知识的深 化和拓宽。通过这次设计使我体会到了理论和实际结合的重要性，同时提高了 我们分析、解决工程实际问题的能力。培养了我们严谨、求实、细致、认真和 吃苦耐劳的工作作风。为以后的学习和工作奠定了坚实的基础。 通过这次设计让我们把所学到的知识
6、系统的串联起来，使我们对房屋建 筑学 、 钢筋混凝土结构 、 结构力学 、 建筑结构抗震设计 、 建筑高层 、 工程估价 、 施工组织设计等课本知识有了更深一步的理解，同时在设计 过程中查阅了抗震规范 、 混凝土规范 、 荷载规范 、 施工组织设计等 相关规范。在毕业设计中我们主要是通过所学的知识进行结构设计结构。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分，我们进行的主要是结构设计。 叙述内容包括设计方法、规范、规章、设计技术要求和计算表格。其中，建筑 设计部分由平面设计、立面设计、剖面、功能分区、采光防火安全的要求和特 殊构造组成；结构部分由荷载计算、内力分析、内力组合和截面设计四部分组 成。毕业设计的三个多月里，在指导老师的帮助下，经过资料查阅、设计计算、 论文撰写以及外文的翻译，加深了对新规范、规程、手册等相关内容的理解。 巩固了专业知识、提高了综合分析、解决问题的能力。在绘图时熟练掌握了天 正建筑、AutoCAD、等建筑软件，这些都从不同方面达到了毕业设计的目的与要 求，巩固了所学知识。 由
