1、 I 手动变速器设计 摘 要 变速器作为汽车的一个重要组成部分,是用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转 矩和转速,目的是在原地起步、爬坡、转弯、加速等各种行驶工况下使汽车获得 不同的牵引力和速度。 变速器有机械式手动变速器和机械式无级变速器两种,如果变速器挡位多其 动力性和经济性得到保证,挡位少其操纵方便,本次设计我设计的是轻型货车变 速器,本次设计中我对其传动比作了仔细的分析计算并参考相关车型最终确定了 各挡的传动比,针对变速器的传动机构方案的布置作了详细的分析最终选用 5+1 挡中间轴式变速器,换挡形式采用同步器换挡。结合总体的要求操纵机构形式选 用直接操纵机构形式。本次设计的变速器即满足了汽车
2、必要的动力性也满足了其 经济性的指标。最后通过对齿轮、轴、键、轴承等的校核,其变速器的尺寸及其 部件的强度都满足设计要求。 变速器的发展趋势是越来越复杂,自动化程度也越来越高,自动变速器将是 未来的主流。 关键词:变速器,设计,轻型货车,传动比 II THE GENERAL DESIGHN OF TRANSMISSION ABSTRACT Transmission as an important component of car is used to change the engine reached the powerwheeles torque and rotational speed,
