1、 1 摘摘 要要 本毕业设计的课题来源于煤矿工业运输系统中采用固定式矿车运输煤炭或 矸石时,井上、井下翻矿车卸料的主要设备的参考题目。主要任务是设计卸料设 备即翻车机的整体结构及其控制部分。 此次设计是在已有设备原理的基础上对翻车机机构进行独立设计, 重点是设 计翻车机阻车器、定位装置、传动装置等。 翻车机有前倾式和滚筒式两种翻卸方式,该设备结构简单,运行平稳,生产 环节少,不需要地下建筑,节约基建投资,可广泛用于煤炭、冶金、化工、建材 等行业。 本设计的电动翻车机采用滚筒式翻卸方式, 其基本原理是推车机把一辆矿车 推进翻车机后,翻车机翻转 180 度将煤炭或矸石卸出并回到水平位置,同时推 车
