1、摘 要 i 摘摘 要要 在市政道路及排水工程施工项目管理中,对工期、 质量和成本的控制是市政工程项目 管理的基本目标。同时,这三个要素之间也存在互相制约的关系:要提高质量就可能增加 成本,要缩短工期也可能会提高成本。进行市政工程项目管理就是要处理好三者之间的 关系,使之处于最佳状态。本文主要介绍了关于大港区完全路道路及排水工程的施工组 织与管理的相关内容,分析了该工程当前施工现场组织与管理的现状和出现问题的原 因,并提出了在进度控制方面,质量控制方面,成本控制方面及安全生产方面应该采取 的措施和方法,并举例说明了面对 2008 年开始爆发的全球性金融危机的新形势下,市 政单位应该组建一支过硬的
