1、 I HTJA1000HTJA1000 型注塑机设计型注塑机设计 摘摘 要要 注塑机是一种塑料成型机械，有柱塞式和螺杆式，是利用注射装置将机筒里已经熔 化的热塑性或者热固性塑料以高压，高速注入到成型模具的型腔里，经保压，冷却固化 成型后，制成和模腔形状一致的塑料制品。成型时，粒状的塑料被连续输入到注射成型 机料筒中受热并逐渐熔融，成为黏性流动状态；经过保压、料筒中的螺杆或柱塞将塑料 熔体推到料筒端部，通过料筒端部的喷嘴和模具的浇注系统注入闭合的模具型腔中，充 满后冷却，得到固化定型；然后开模并由模具推出装置推出制件。注射成型的生产是周 期性该机械由四部分构成：一，合模装置; 二，液压控制系统；
